For at least 39 years, George Parrott, a psychology professor at California State University, Sacramento, has demanded that students bring snacks to his classes. But after Parrott walked out of a class last month when students did not bring any snacks, a university dean told him his behavior was not permissible, according to a Nov. 23 article in The Sacramento Bee.

Oklahoma State University’s women’s basketball coach Kurt Budke and assistant coach Miranda Serna, along with two other people, died in a plane crash on Thursday, The Daily O’Collegian reported.

The plane went down in an area 45 miles west of Little Rock, according to The Daily O’Collegian.
