Lack of execution is often synonymous with lack of buy-in. While RR tries to be a Michigan Man, he is also changing the culture in the Ann Arbor football program- the players that typically commit to this program don't have the same outlook as an RR-type player has. Maybe the "traditional" UM player will no longer commit to the school and the RR culture will have time to cure, but I don't know if your school's fan base will allow that to happen. I don't remember anything like this in the 30-plus years that I've followed NCAA football. Michigan has always been a top tier program in the country; now it looks like...
Notre Dame.

Michigan has become a bottom tier team in the big 10.

Predictable & weak offense
RR can be counted on to stop running whatever is working in a game. He finally opens up the down-field playbook in the 1st half and then goes back to throwing line of scrimmage passes in the second half - thereby killing our drives.

Same formations over and over again. how about a different look sometime?

Shotgun formation with no backside protection on a 2-point conversion.

Offensive linemen who are too slow and weak to block Purdue's D-ends. Barwis, where are you?

Weak defense
Secondary, anyone?
No play from linebackers too small to take on a running back
Continued missed assignments and poor tackling.
3-3-5 defense with 200 lb linebackers - great.

RR sets every negative record we've ever seen.
At this rate we might win 7 games next year!
Ron English badly needed.

Can we have Lloyd Carr back?
