This is good news.

However, Michigan should also be concerned about the mercury discharged by coal fired power plants over seas. Most mercury falls out relatively close to the power plants, but a significant amount is swept up into the air, where it can travel around the globe 3 times before falling out.

That's right.... China, Russia, & India's mercury is traveling to the USA and falling into our lakes. There should be worldwide policies, not just Federal policies.
